Bicycle Parking at Sendlinger Tor
As part of the renovation of Sendlinger Tor, a park-and-ride bicycle parking facility was installed for the City of Munich. The project involved compensating for a gradient of 25 cm over 9.60 m.
The facility features a double-sided BWA® flat-roof bicycle shelter with glass side panels, an Easylift 500D two-tier bicycle rack with 64 parking spaces, and an Epsilon® Plus bicycle rack with 18 parking spaces.
A total of 82 weather-protected bicycle parking spaces were created in central Munich.
Planning and installation were carried out by Gronard.
