In this phase, we prepare an initial budget framework and develop preliminary concept ideas. Our goal is to identify the optimal solution for your project — determining which products work best together or whether a tailor-made solution is required.

During the early stages of the project, we gladly support you in preparing tender documentation. We supply detailed specification texts and, if necessary, conduct feasibility assessments, for instance concerning ceiling height or other structural conditions.

After your order is confirmed, we provide you with detailed technical drawings and foundation plans for your project. At this stage, we also initiate the procurement of all necessary materials to guarantee timely delivery.

While foundation work is already underway on site, we are busy on our end as well. After your approval of the technical drawings, we start production and prepare your order for delivery and installation — ensuring a smooth and timely assembly process.

To guarantee timely delivery and flawless installation, we initiate planning well in advance. Our team prepares a precise schedule and allocates all required resources and specialists. With our extensive network, we are proud to offer this service not only throughout Germany but also internationally.

Shortly before installation, we go through all essential details together once again. You can assist us by sharing photos of the prepared foundations. For major projects, our site coordinator will visit the location in person to make sure that everything is perfectly prepared for installation day.

It’s time for installation — your product is ready. Depending on the project, we can manage delivery and installation ourselves, or arrange shipment via freight carrier. Self-collection and installation are also possible if preferred. The best option for your project will be discussed and agreed upon at the start.

The acceptance process can be carried out in several ways. When our team is on site, acceptance is conducted in person, including a formal acceptance protocol and installation report. If on-site presence is not possible, we offer a digital acceptance process as an alternative.
