The LiON Box S is a space-saving e-bike and e-scooter charging station for limited spaces. With dimensions of 220 × 220 × 55 mm, it is suitable for wall mounting, underground garages, technical rooms, bike boxes, bike garages, protected outdoor areas, and existing parking structures.
A direct charging point creates a clearly assigned charging spot for e-bikes or e-scooters, reduces complexity, and ensures clear responsibility in individual spots, small locations, and defined user groups.
The box charges up to 80% of common 36V e-bike and e-scooter systems directly at the vehicle via the LiON splitter, including brands such as Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Brose, Specialized, and BMZ – without needing a separate charger on site.
Integrated protection circuits protect against overload and short circuit, replacing unsafe multiple outlets with a clean, clearly defined, and professional charging point.
The plug-and-play solution can be installed in under 30 minutes depending on the location, integrated into existing building power supply, and utilized with token-based socket or power release logic.
The LiON Box S can be mounted on the wall, integrated into storage and charging systems, or built into existing bicycle garages and bike boxes. In the stand system, it is fully assembled; the wiring runs protected within the stand.
Up to 94% energy efficiency, under 1 W standby loss, and a lifespan of approx. 20,000 hours enable economical, reliable long-term operation at commercial and semi-public locations.
New e-bike models can be integrated in the future by simply replacing the modular splitter. This keeps the charging infrastructure flexibly expandable.
The LiON Box S can be adapted to architecture, environment, or corporate design. From color concepts and company-specific designs to subtle integration or deliberately visible design.
The IP65 enclosure made of fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate provides reliable protection, even in protected outdoor areas. The robust industrial design is intended for professional use environments, permanent operation, and low maintenance requirements.
